A good location with attentive navigation required for access. 4 metres LWS. Kilmakilloge Harbour is an inlet on the south bank of the Kenmare River on the southwest coast of Ireland in County Kerry. It is situated on the Beara Peninsula 11 miles west of the large town of Kenmare and approx. 1.5 miles to the east of Ardgroom Harbour. get full information »

Dunkerron
A completely protected location with safe access. 3.2 metres LWS. Dunkerron Harbour is a sheltered anchorage situated on the north side of the Kenmare River about three miles southwestward of the town of Kenmare in southwest Ireland. Sneem Harbour
A completely protected location with attentive navigation required for access. 3 metres LWS. Sneem Harbour is a sheltered anchorage situated on the north side of the Kenmare River opposite Kilmakilloge, in Co. Kerry on the southwest coast of Ireland. It is a very good anchorage as well as one of Kerry’ most picturesque locations and should not be missed by a passing yachtsman. get full information »

A good location with careful navigation required for access. 2 metres LWS. West Cove is situated in the northwest corner of a rock-strewn bight on the north side of the Kenmare River in Co. Kerry on the southwest coast of Ireland. It is approximately seven miles southwest of Sneem Harbour and offers a sheltered anchorage in a particularly picturesque location. get full information »

Darrynane Harbour
A completely protected location with careful navigation required for access. 3 metres LWS. Darrynane is a picturesque landlocked natural harbour located to the northwest of Abbey Island close north of Lamb's Head and Derrynane Bay, in Co. Kerry on the southwest coast of Ireland. The small landlocked harbour has a narrow entrance between rocks that leads into an excellent anchorage with secure moorings. get full information »

Ballinskellig Bay
A tolerable location with attentive navigation required for access. 4 metres LWS. Ballinskelligs Bay is a large southwest facing bay on Kerry’s Iveragh peninsula on the southwest coast of Ireland, which is situated to the north of Scariff and Deenish Islands. The bay provides a remote anchorage to the north of an island in the entrance and other options in alternate conditions. get full information »

Great Skellig (Skellig Michael)
A stay-aboard location with careful navigation required for access. 3 metres LWS. The Skelligs are two prominent pinnacle rock islets lying approximately seven miles off Bolus Head on Co. Kerry’s Iveragh Peninsula on the southwest coast of Ireland. Great Skellig or Skellig Michael, the larger of the two and the outer islet, was previously inhabited and has a landing pier. get full information »

Portmagee
A good location with attentive navigation required for access. 3 metres LWS. Portmagee is situated on the mainland of Co. Kerry on the southwest coast of Ireland at the south side of the entrance to Dingle Bay. It is located in the west end of the channel between Valentia Island and the mainland, to the southeast side of the island. Cahersiveen Marina is located on Ireland's west coast, on the south side of the entrance to Dingle Bay and two miles upriver from Knightstown, Valentia. Knightstown, Valentia
A completely protected location with straightforward access. 4 metres LWS. Valentia Harbour is situated on the south side of the entrance to Dingle Bay, in a sheltered bight between Valentia Island and the mainland in Co. Kerry on the southwest coast of Ireland. Knightstown is a fishing port and is Valentia Island’s only settlement. It provides visiting yachts with a sheltered anchorage and moorings. get full information »

Dingle Harbour
A completely protected location with safe access. 3 metres LWS. Located in Co. Kerry on Ireland’s southwest coast, Dingle Harbour is set into the Dingle Peninsula on the northwest side of the extensive Dingle Bay. Great Blasket Island
A tolerable location with attentive navigation required for access. 3 metres LWS. Great Blasket Island lies approximately two miles from the mainland of Co. Kerry on the west coast of Ireland, located at Dunmore Head on the north side of the entrance to Dingle Bay. The uninhabited island is situated within a group of rocky islets that are Ireland’s, and continental Europe’s, most westerly. Kerry and is located immediately east of the renowned Three Sisters coastal peaks on the Dingle peninsula’s northwest corner. Brandon Bay
A good location with straightforward access. 6 metres LWS. Brandon Bay is a large open bay on the west coast of Ireland situated between Brandon Point and the extremity of a sandy peninsula that separates it from Tralee Bay, Co. Kerry. Illauntannig is the largest of a number of small islands called the Maharee Islands, often called the ‘Seven Hoggs’, situated off the northern shore of the Dingle Peninsula, Co. Kerry, on the west coast of Ireland. The island is situated one nautical mile off the northern end of the of the sandy Castlegregory peninsula that separates Brandon Bay to the west from Tralee Bay on the east. get full information »

Kerry on the west coast of Ireland, to the south of the Shannon Estuary and within the southeast corner of Tralee Bay.
