Stowing and drying boots

What is the issue?
Most boats have a wet locker but few have any provision for storing and drying sailing boots.

Why address this?
Boots need a place where they can be stowed and dried.

How to address this?
Install a boot rack in the base of the wet locker. There are two approaches, horizontal pegs or verticle as illustrated below. It is important that the boots are stowed in this inverted fashion so that wet oil skins may be hung above them.
