Making the assembly of washboards easier

What is the issue?
Washboard assembly is far from convenient. Assembling a set of washboards requires the correct washboards to be dropped in place, in the right order, the correct way round. The bottom washboard is normally the most easily distinguished but its orientation may not be. The middle and top are easy to muddle.

Why address this?
Securing the boat is a regular activity that you invariably muddle when in a hurry.

How to address this?
Clearly label the washboards (companionway slides or panel, hatch boards as they may be called in your area) on the inside. Having top middle and bottom panels clearly marked on the inside makes it a cinch to get them in the correct order and orientation.
